HePAG Acupuncture Foundation Course

Membership of the Health Professions Acupuncture Group (HePAG) is open to Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Sports Therapists and Occupational Therapists with 300 hours of acupuncture training through the HePAG Acupuncture Foundation Course.

The 300 hour HePAG Foundation Course is currently the only way to gain membership to the HePAG.
It includes 3 weekends of two days of contact teaching and is usually taught in several modules over a period of about six to eight weeks.
Delegates are given course work to do between the course parts, including the preparation of case studies and it is essential that delegates are able to practise acupuncture within a clinical setting between the course parts, or they will not be able to complete the case studies and will not pass the course.

Delegates on these courses must have a BSc in Sports Therapy, Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy or Chiropractic and/or having successfully completed Level 4 of their studies.
One year of HePAG membership is included in the course fee.
